Healthy Summer Drink - Cucumber,Ginger, Mint & Lemon Water

If the heat is getting to you, here's a super refreshing drink for the summer. Cucumber, mint , ginger and lemon water to hydrate you on a hot day. Drinking this water not only hydrates and rejuvenates you but has some pretty useful health benefits that include your skin glowing, tuning your digestive tract and helps in weight loss. It is perfect to serve your guests at a party. What else would you need to detox and boost your immune system? So here's what you need:

Ingredients:
12 cups of filtered water (about 3 quarts)
1 organic cucumber thoroughly washed then sliced. Leave the skin on as it has all the goodness.
1 piece ginger grated
2 organic lemons washed and thinly sliced
10 organic mint leaves cleaned.

Directions :
Wash the cucumbers and lemons and then thinly slice them. Add the sliced lemons, grated ginger, sliced cucumbers and mint leaves to a pitcher filled with water and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

To serve strain and serve in tall glasses.
